We Discover Our Strengths When We're Tested

Muscles are developed when we work them. Skills are developed when we train. Progress results when we practice. Our strengths are revealed when we’re tested.

Those of us who refuse to accept failure as the result instead choose to rise. And in the process of rising, we discover so many wonderful qualities about ourselves. We too quickly discount them because they show up under the weight and pressure of circumstances - yet it is our strengths empowering our rise.

Take inventory of the strengths you exhibit “when the going gets tough”. How do you navigate the pressure? Overcoming obstacles or tests is never done by our weaknesses taking the lead. We overcome by our strengths.

One of the biggest challenges we face as professional women is warring against the pressure to settle. Pressure to choose or even sacrifice who we are & what we want - be it love, career, family, relationship or lifestyle. I believe we can pursue happiness our way without compromise. We don’t have to settle. Settling brews discontent and resentment.  There is a harmonious space where we can thrive and have it all. I believe we can indeed have life, love & the pursuit of happiness.
I’m on a mission to help professional women thrive. Hear me loud & clear... Don’t Settle. You can have it all. I live a blessed life & you can too.
