6/13/2021 0 Comments Yes, It's A New NormalHere’s the truth... things will never be the same after this. So if you’re waiting for things to go back to the way they were before, you’re gonna struggle. I’ll tell you why everything that has happened to disrupt our “normal” excites me... bc change is good. We were thrusted to shift quickly and excuses fell hard. We had to think creatively and yes, there were casualties. I don’t take that lightly but I still believe change is good.
Companies are making decisions faster than ever now. Heck even families are, too. Decisions used to take months, we’ve shown we can make them in hours. New business launches used to take months, we’ve shown we can make them in days. Infrastructures were questioned but we see they can hold up. Digital technology was not trusted now we see its true value. Leaders felt micromanaging was the way to lead now we see competent employees can be trusted to do their job from home. We misunderstood the roles that really matter but now we’re applauding the grocery workers, teachers, delivery workers, nurses and more. I’m telling you a NEW NORMAL will emerge after this time. If you are stewing bc things have totally shifted, chances are you, your business or ministry will be a relic. We must embrace a lifestyle of staying relevant and consistent in order to thrive. Change is inevitable and it is also good. Do The Work. Denise@DeniseTaylor.live
